Performance advantages of rock slabs

Compared with traditional ceramic slabs, the production requirements of rock slabs are very high.
It must be pointed out that ceramic slabs are not equal to rock slabs. Enterprises that can produce large slabs may not necessarily be able to produce rock slabs. Compared with ceramic slabs, rock slabs can be drilled, polished, and cut more conveniently, and are suitable for various shapes. Although the shape of ceramic slabs is similar to that of rock slabs, there are certain differences in material properties and functions.
As a new material, compared with other traditional materials, rock slabs have eight advantages:
(1) Safety and hygiene: they can be in direct contact with food, are made of pure natural materials, are 100% recyclable, are non-toxic and radiation-free, and fully consider the needs of human sustainable development, and are healthy and environmentally friendly.
(2) Fireproof and high temperature resistant: they will not deform when in direct contact with high-temperature objects. Rock slabs with A1 fireproof performance will not produce any physical changes (shrinkage, cracking, discoloration) when exposed to 2000℃ open flames, and will not emit any gas or odor.
(3) Anti-fouling: the water permeability of one in ten thousand is a new indicator in the artificial building materials industry. Stains cannot penetrate and bacteria cannot grow.
(4) Scratch resistance: Mohs hardness exceeds 6 degrees, able to resist scratches and attempted scratches.
(5) Corrosion resistance: Resistant to various chemicals, including solutions, disinfectants, etc.
(6) Easy to clean: Just wipe with a wet towel to clean, no special maintenance required, simple and fast cleaning.
(7) All-round application: Breaking the application boundaries, crossing from decorative materials to application materials, design, processing and application are more diverse and extensive, meeting high-standard application requirements.
