Sintered stone is a new type of building material, which has gradually become popular in the fields of construction and home decoration due to its unique material and superior performance. Here is the production process of sintered stone:

Raw Material Preparation: The raw materials for sintered stone typically include natural stone and inorganic clay, which are processed through special techniques.

Ball Milling: The raw materials are processed in a ball mill for about 13-15 hours to ensure the fineness and uniformity of the particles.

Spray Drying: The slurry is fed into the spray drying tower through an automatic feeding system, where hot air exchange dries and dehydrates the particles.

Pressing: A high-tonnage press is used for forming, with the press for sintered stone having a capacity of at least 15,000 tons.

Green Body Drying: The pressed green body needs to go through a drying kiln to reduce the moisture content to below 0.5%.

Glazing and 3D Inkjet Printing: The glaze is evenly applied to the green body, and then the pattern is printed on the surface of the glaze by an inkjet printer.

Kiln Firing: The green body is fired in a 350-meter long tunnel kiln at a temperature of 1200°C.

Cooling and Polishing: After firing, the sintered stone needs to be cooled and then goes through the grinding process to improve its gloss.

Inspection and Grading: The products are inspected by machines and manually to ensure quality.

Packing and Storage: The inspected products are automatically packed and then stored.

The production process of sintered stone is rigorous and complex, with each step reflecting the craftsmanship and wisdom of the workers, ensuring the quality and uniqueness of the final product. Sintered stone is widely used in indoor and outdoor decoration due to its wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, almost zero water absorption, food-grade antibacterial properties, and zero formaldehyde content.
